How can you get herpes in/on your nose? - pimple or herpes on nose

Can you be there when they can bite / pick / touch your fingers are covered with herpes? If so, how it looks when it comes to your nose?
BTW, is guaranteed herpes if you have a pimple on the lip whiteheaded every few weeks?
